This is a great dental practice I left my other one was not happy with the work he did. After coming to Waterfall, they corrected his mistakes, so I have been coming here ever since very happy.

Brilliant - Janki is a great dentist and very thorough and professional whilst making her patients feel at ease. I am always pleased and happy with my experience here.

Dr Alia Johar was amazing!! I have just had a crown on my front tooth and the whole process was great. Dr Alia Johar was so nice and explained everything in a very detailed and friendly manner. The crown itself looks amazing! I am so grateful. Fully recommend as a dentist!!

As someone who gets nervous at the idea of going to the dentist I gotta say the staff were lovely and super friendly. A good vibe. Shout out to Dr Janki and her assistant who I unfortunately didn’t get the name of as they were great!!

Dr Alia performed an extraction and was brilliant throughout the entire process! Any dental work can always be a bit daunting and she was very reassuring and professional and was able to answer all my questions!

The administrative staff and dentists at Waterfall offer outstanding, professional and courteous services. I had two dental implants performed my Dr. Alia Johar who was very concise and expert in explaining and performing all the steps in completing the implants. I was also completely satisfied by advise and treatments delivered by Dr. Janki.

Dr Olivia is fantastic. I consistently get appointments promptly. She is efficient, precise, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have long had a fear of going to the dentist, but since seeing Dr Olivia, it doesn’t worry me anymore and I feel reassured that I’m in good hands any time I’ve had an issue.Front desk team are also excellent, easy to reach via phone, and remember details about any dental issue I’m having, so I don’t need to keep repeating myself.Overall, good, efficient, expert vibes. I recommend! I especially recommend if you are an anxious patient like me.

Friendly and compassionate, I'm a bit of a scaredy cat, when it comes to visiting the dentist. Dr Alia , helped me, calm down, it's not much of an ordeal for me now. She is a very professional lady

I'm now a patient in this centre for the last 2 years and I arrived very scared and with teeth in bad state. The receptionists are all lovely and try to help you in emergencies. The dentists are excellent! They explain calmly and without any judgement what they're going to do, the costs and they assure all the way through that you don't feel any pain. I've even had implants done. I'm fully satisfied and will continue going in there!

Dr Janki has seen me for two emergency appointments for two unrelated tooth-related incidents the last couple of weeks 😅 During both appointments they were so excellent. I’m so happy with the dental bonding they did on my front tooth and my friends have been shocked when I tell them there’s bonding there!

I highly recommend this surgery. I went for an emergency appointment at 11:45 as I was in agony with a toothache. I saw Dr Janki who was very sympathetic and professional. Because my appointment was only an emergency time slot she couldn’t do the extraction then but advised another appointment later in the week. I explained that I had just lost my mum and her funeral was in a few days so I needed the procedure done urgently. Dr Janki went above and beyond to make it happen. She booked me in with her the same day when she had finished her clinic and did the extraction in her own time. Such a lovely, pleasant, caring and professional Dr.

Dr Ali’s is always professional and reassuring as I become anxious at dental appointments I have known her for many years and she always explains procedures and gives me time I will always see her

I’m terrified of the dentist and waterfall dental has given me the confidence and reassurance i desperately needed. I recently had a root canal with Dr Alia and she is the BEST. Her work is so precise, and she is so helpful in telling you what is happening. She is so friendly and I felt so safe to finally go to the dentist all because of her, her wonderful assistant and the staff here. Everyone is so polite and accommodating, I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Quick, clean, efficient. Were able to see me at short notice for an emergency consultation and even called up before to offer an earlier slot.

Had an extraction with Dr Alia and fillings with Dr Janki last week. Both were amazing at their jobs!! The experience was pain free and easy which is the best experience I've had at a dentist. Both dentist were very kind and helpful and answered any questions I had. The nurses were brilliant as well to make it feel like a stress free environment. The reception team were amazing, booked me in with no hassle and we're very informative over the phone. I would 100% come back to this amazing team. Well done waterfall.
